This is a concept for realistic looking surgery scenes, where a naked female patient under anesthesia, ready for surgery. Can also be used for ICU / hospital bed scenes.

As the training data for such scenes are quite hard to find, the model has its limitations. First, it doesn't work on landscape mode, so use portrait mode only. Depending on the checkpoint you use, Stable Diffusion can have hard time drawing a proper operating table, YMMV.

Make sure you put "surgical mask" and "surgical gloves" in the negative prompt, as AI has a strong tendency to draw the patient wearing a surgical mask.

It has three different trigger words: anesthesia mask, oxygen mask, and ventilator. Supposedly they should map to different breathing devices used in surgery, though you are likely going to a mix. The medical devices are not 100% faithful but should be way better than what you would get without this LoRA.

The model can be used on both anime and realistic checkpoints.
