This model is based on two images I've only been able to find on g.e-hentai, with the filenames

and
1208998602.cadaverdog_tastefulnudegoo.jpg

I assume the name of the artist is "Cadaverdog", but I have been unable to find them anywhere. These images were (to my knowledge) earliest online on July 12th 2009.

Will remove upon request if the artist gets in touch.
