If the character wears a dress normally, the lora can easily convert it.

However for outfits with separate top and skirt there may be issues, if the outfit has shorts, jacket, similar, changing the color of the dress to be the same colors of the original outfit may help, but it may be more difficult.

Results also vary from character to character, seemingly using character lora makes converting the outfit easier, but results vary, apologies for the issues.
