AI-generated videos often suffer from facial blurring, distortion, deformed eyes, and flickering or drifting pupils. This workflow addresses these issues by first cropping the facial area and performing high-definition (HD) repainting using Wan2.2_Animate. The repaired faces are then seamlessly composited back into the original video.
Beyond high-definition restoration, this workflow also supports Face Swapping and ensures strong facial consistency throughout the video.

If no face is detected, try lowering the value to 0.3. Can you advise? First, I often get results where the whole face isn't replaced, for example I can see the outer border of the original face. Also is it possible to change hair with this?
First, check if the output video from the resampler is normal. If it is, increase the blur_radius in the Grow Mask With Blur—try changing it from 10 to 20. To change the hairstyle, you can try switching the "face_bboxes" output on the "Pose and Face Detection" node (located in the middle of the workflow) to "bboxes," then update the keyword in the composite module from "face" to "face, hair." However, the results may not be ideal, as the redrawn hair might shift significantly from its original position in the video. For a full head replacement, I recommend using a dedicated character swapping workflow.
