½ cup vegtable oil
2 eggs
4 bananas
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp cinamin
pinch of salt
1¼ cups flour
1 cup white sugar
½ brown sugar
bake at 350°F for 50-60 mins

i replaced oil with melted dairy butter. Totally brown sugar. Immediately after it was cooked, i spread 1/3 cup of fresh lemon & green lemon juice, and went back 2 mn in the oven.
