Simple lora to create a strong fear expression on your subject. Playing with CFG really helps and sometimes you can boost your LORA strength a bit to get the expression wanted.

This tends to make photorealistic images look more cartoonish as I believe it was trained on drawings or anime or whatever it must have been. Still, it does work somewhat for photorealistic images.
It was trained mainly on photographs but some drawings too. Seems the base model loaded is important as the have a lot of saying in the final image. V2 will try to improve the photorealistic images
