Did not try it but just want to comment maybe it's overtrained or not enough diversity, as in every example her head is in same exact angle and view and style
Honestly, that’s a valid point to bring up. The test and showcase prompts I use are automatically generated to make creating and testing LoRAs easier, which is why they’re often overly simple or lack any clear angle direction. Because of that, it can sometimes come across as a bit of “overtraining.”
In this specific LoRA, there’s also another detail: the AI-toolkit had issues generating the Text Encoder cache, so I ended up training without captions. In practice, this makes the model interpret the character more as a “style” rather than a distinct character, which leads to frequent identity leakage.
Anyway, I decided to run a little batch of angle-focused tests to dig deeper into that.

@RetroWaveXÂ Thanks for the followup, yeah those examples look much more promising for diversity. I'm not familiar enough with the source material to know how her horns are drawn, seems like in any case the right horn must be in the foreground and the left horn layered behind her head. Perhaps that's just how she's consistently drawn
I tested the lora a lot. For me side picture had been no problem. The main purpose for me had been sniping the lora details (trigger words): horns on head, fake eyelashes, freckles, winged eyeliner, demon red color. Which worked very nice. The demon red came out great on the tops. I was able to transfer the facial details between different types of women which is so nice. We lack some makeup style loras for flux2 right now, so getting those boss babe style pieces from an offlable lora use..the next best thing. Its also great for the main intent - creating the demon girl - it does this constant and solid. Its also good for semi realistic approaches. Its a nice lora to have . Thx for sharing.
