🛠️ Purpose & Design Philosophy
This workflow is designed for quality and autonomy, not speed. It follows an "all-in-one" philosophy: configure your settings, hit queue, and let the workflow handle everything from initial generation to high-res detailing in a single pass.
Not for Speed: If you want rapid-fire generations, this is not the tool for you. A solid, much faster alternative created by darksidewalker can be found here.
Personal Use: This was built for my personal production needs. It is not intended to be a "one-size-fits-all" solution, but I am sharing it for those who value the same high-fidelity results. Please adjust the settings to your preferences!
Heavy Duty: Due to the multi-stage processing, this workflow can be resource-intensive. In my experience, the detailers are not usually needed. YMMV.
On v1g and after: If the results are too blurry for you after USDU, you can try using the RTX nodes after it to help.
v2 is compatible with AIO versions of Anima models. Note: You might have to select a random model in the Checkpoint Loader node even if you are not using it. This is because it references your models/checkpoints folder. The opposite may also be the case if you are using the Checkpoint Loader node but not the Model Loader in the Diffusion Model Loader group which references the models/diffusion_models folder.

Triple Detailer Groups: 3-stage detailing using standard BBOX and SEGM detection models for faces, hands, and clothes.
CivitAI Ready: Images are saved with full metadata (Model, LoRAs, Prompts) for easy site parsing.

Install at Your Own Risk: Updating ComfyUI or adding custom nodes can break your environment. I am not responsible for any installation issues.
Portable Version: This was built and tested on the ComfyUI Portable version. Desktop app users may require additional troubleshooting.
"Your Mileage May Vary": Your environment is almost certainly different from mine. I do not guarantee 1:1 compatibility.
Nodes 2.0: I strongly recommend disabling Nodes 2.0. It causes unpredictable behavior; I will not provide support for any issues arising from its use.

Hi, are you now working exclusively with the Anima model? I don't see any other workflows in your models anymore.
I still have my Illustrious and Wan 2.2 workflows up, but no super recent updates. I see them on my profile, but I'll add links to them,

it would be great if you make an inpainting workflow for this model too~
Inpaint is not something I have used or need in ComfyUI, so will probably never happen.
If someone has it in their workflow already, then I suggest using theirs or post a bounty to have someone make it for you.
My workflow is pretty basic and easy to add stuff to.
I often always open detailer 1,2 and 3 so i can fix and enhance the details but from time to time, I kept getting a
"DetailerForEach"
"H,W (113, 160) should be divisible by spatial_patch_size 2"
and then stop at details (SEGS) node
dont know if im the only one getting it though
Unfortunately, I'm not able to recreate the same issue. All 3 detailers ran fine for me while testing it just now.
This seems to be an error for Anima specifically when the height and width calculated by the detailer aren't divisible by 2. I haven't gotten it myself but the error and a temporary workaround have been reported here.

Workflow is good but I find it better to use CR SDXL Aspec Ratio node for image size and a little suggestion to add RTX upscale to your workflow. I would try to modify it but I don't know if there aren't any dependencies for rest of flow from upscale

This update introduces high-demand functionality while maintaining the "Not So Simple" philosophy of keeping the workspace clean and efficient.
New Features & Improvements
Integrated Image-to-Image (Img2Img) Support
A new Img2Img section has been added. To use it, simply load your reference image into the Load Image node.
Note: To avoid execution errors, ensure a valid image is selected. If you have deleted the default example.png from your local ComfyUI input folder, you must upload a new file.
Logic: The workflow now uses an automatic switch from rgthree. When the Img2Img section is bypassed, the workflow intelligently defaults to standard Text-to-Image latents.
Mathematical Precision Scaling
Images are now converted to an SDXL-sized latent before being passed to the SamplerCustomAdvanced node.
Dependency: This update requires ComfyMath. You can install it via ComfyUI-Manager or manually from Evanspearman’s GitHub.
Flexible Pre-USDU Upscaling
Restored the option to bypass the Upscale Model during the pre-USDU phase.
If no model is selected, the workflow will perform a standard image upscale via the Upscale Image node before passing the data to Ultimate SD Upscale.
Note: RTX VSR nodes have been permanently removed from this version to streamline the pipeline.
Documentation & Usability
Added a brief on-canvas guide regarding Wildcards and the correct logic for connecting them to the Positive Prompt node.
Users are encouraged to adjust the Denoise settings within the Img2Img section to suit their specific aesthetic goals.
Installation Notes
Requirement: Ensure ComfyUI-Manager, rgthree-comfy, and ComfyMath are up to date.
Removal: The Img2Img section is modular; if you prefer a strictly T2I experience, the nodes can be deleted without breaking the core workflow logic.
Tip: If your preview looks "faded" or unexpected, double-check your denoise settings in the SamplerCustomAdvanced node, as Img2Img is highly sensitive to these values.
