ok, since OP did not elaborate it, I got it working by testing various prompt combinations and this works: Wan moe k sampler 8 steps, euler /simple, 1030 and 1022 high and low distilled lighting loras, this lora both low and high at str 1, and use this prompt "woman posing, zima, young woman is on a bed with her legs spread she is rubbing her vagina with her hand , performs rhythmic action. Consistent face, hair, nails, skin, room, soft light. Photorealistic, detailed skin, correct anatomy, 8k."
