Want to continue contributing to the community and was having trouble generating very long (unrealistically long, to be honest) hair. The hair sliders work fairly well but tend to duplicate and overall I was having trouble when they were in a mix of LORA's. I used the hair sliders as well as real images to generate reference shots with which to produce this LORA of very long hair.

0.5-1.5 weights seem to work best.
Limitations of the model include generating old or nonhuman people. I did try to train a diversity of skin tones and hair types but in general this will produce long and flowing hair.
Using negative "dynamic hair" will tame down the blowing hair but at higher weights it is somewhat unavoidable at this point.

Trained on SDXL base primarily with very basic tags focused just on hair. Merged with a low weight LORA trained with more complex tags.
