LoRA Model of Model Citizen, an evil alternate counterpart of Looker and a member of the Crime Syndicate serving under Owlman from the "Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths" animated movie.
During a raid of the Justice League's floating fortress, Model Citizen was one of the Made Men that joined Owlman and Superwoman. A short time later, the Syndicate faced off against a parallel Justice League. Model Citizen attempted to use her mind control on the Flash, which temporarily worked, but she was soon knocked out by Wonder Woman from behind. With a snap from her finger, she snapped Flash out of the trance.
Surprised nobody thought to make a LoRA of this hot babe.

NOTE: I trained this using the new engine on this site, the Ai-Toolkit, but I'm not liking how it came out at all. Not sure if it's too few steps or this new experimental engine just sucks but personally I recommend anyone to avoid it like the plague.
