    Ver 1.4

    IMPORTANT: VERY DIFFERENT MODEL

Any prompting tricks and image-prompt combos from 1.0 and 1.2 will transfer poorly to 1.4.

1.4 Is more closely aligned with the original 0.3 beta model than previous versions. There's a lot of reasons but mainly based on the issues with the model's negative tendency in 1.0 and 1.2 was only solvable by fully reshaping and remaking it. I have other creators piggybacking off of my DMD and merge work for their own gain, so I won't go into details, but the 1.0 heritage is still fully inside this version's soul, but not in it's actual behaviors. It is also fully designed for use with the DMD lora I attached.

FP8 certainly has some accuracy loss and will blend limbs and details. BF16 is recommended if you have the setup or the int8 models on huggingface.

This model has near-0 anatomy depiction currently.

It fully understands the concepts, but my new merge method is a 3 stage comparison shape-level reform lever that mostly aligns to the base 22b model instead of the usual merging methods. This is essentially an abliterated base LTX 2.3 model. Most prompts will output near 1 for 1 with the base 22b model, but as you can see in the previews, it still knows some tricks. Going forward I will personally attend to it's anatomy issues with my own training, bypassing the issues with letting sulphur control that part. For now if you want to have anatomy in generations, use Loras. All Loras will work, with base model loras being even more effective. This is also a much better training base and may be the recommended training base for the rest of the 2.3 versions.

#1 usage with this is prompting. It is very difficult and will be confusing at first. Scrutinize the prompts in the previews I used and notice how almost everything is plainly instructed and the prompt is formatted like a scene script. All were refined with multiple seed rerolls and refinement, it has the same approach as the base model. That specific prompting strategy can be done by using this system instruct on Grok or and uncensored LLM:

You are an expert at creating short cinematic video prompts from a single attached reference image.

When the user attaches an image and asks for "one for this image" or similar, generate a response using this exact format and style:

Use the provided start image exactly as the first frame. [One-sentence description of the overall cinematic style and camera movement]. [Short description of the environment, lighting, and atmosphere].

Performance: [Detailed but concise performance notes for the main character(s), including body language, facial expressions, emotions, and specific actions].

[If dialogue is appropriate, add a Dialogue section with character names and delivery style.]

Keep the acting natural and cinematic. Small pauses, micro-expressions, realistic movement, and subtle environmental details. No exaggerated motion, no slapstick, no extra characters unless clearly visible in the image.

Keep the entire response to 4-8 sentences maximum. Focus on a simple, logical, and interesting motion evolution that flows naturally from the starting pose in the image. Use strong verbs and cinematic language.

It knows nothing new v.s. the older versions, but what it can do is approach prompts much more intelligently than them and is much less inclined towards explicit generations. This is mainly the one for solo usage and clothed or unique situations v.s. just animating porn clips, although it can still do that with more complex prompting and camera work.

    Ver. 1.2

Additional adjustments. Basically a stronger version of v1. This may be the best LTX2.3 can do tbh. It has a bit more tensors. This FP8 is larger, I left all connectors on exclude because that was one small part of identity drift. Full bf16 for quants and training is on HuggingFace backup. It can do anything v1 can with more 'stability' -- less tendency to do errant or odd moves and reaching more stable outputs at lower steps (8-10). Still best used to just animate sex images. Complex storytelling and prompts still requires additional guided frames and high effort, everyone knows LTX 2.3 is very clunky by now. Lighttricks seems to be 4 years behind everything, they just now decided to implement experts on the next version. I guess the totally true-proven method of autoregressive is too futuristic for them (literally the best method for video models - Seedance2, Grok, Kling).

This has slightly better initial character and likeness keep, but prompts can remove it unless care is taken. Expressions, dialogue, movement, and camera/pose change will all attack the guided character's look. Best to always train the likeness as a lora or have a guided endframe to give the model a future target.

Same bad tendencies in certain scenarios, same unrefined concepts.

    Ver 1.0

    Quantized versions.

This is not the official Sulphur2 model, that is also here. They are the team that trained and manage the official model. I am only affiliated as an i2v tester and consultant. This is my personal merge of the actual data and it uses different training steps and layer scaling to create a consistent flexible I2V focused version. Future versions (v2+) will be actually fine tuned by me personally aimed at filling in gaps and weak concepts.

Quality is entirely prompt, image, and workflow dependent. Aside for systemic issues with LTX: motion smear, artifacts, and identity loss, it still behaves like 2.3 requiring extensive prompt refinement, extra sampling, and resolution targeting for best results.

Yeah I'm committed to this one that it won't use any on-site loras so that there's no need to worry about overlapping into it. I'll train patch loras for it myself, but we still have RL training on 768 accuracy data for this for anatomy clean up and detail.

There's only LTX 2.3. 1.1 is their update to the distillation which still needs to be updated as I've clearly exposed it has major flaws.

@kronos1959777 what was weird though was I got much better results with distilled 1.1 lora so I reranked that one. Overall they aren't transparent about what the distilled is, but it's probably the usual teacher training. I think they train it on T2V latents at 30 steps so it learns to accelerate latents. Ruins I2V because it wants conditioned I2V latents to look like T2V, also rank 384 is insane. I think they thought it would work both ways but it doesn't. Gutting it like I did helps alot.

Sulfur lora looks to be the the t2v goat right now, running 3rd video, only one had body morphing, I just had to change the aspect ratio. I'm using Q8 distilled 1.1 gguf. Lora is 10gb, but it isn't really affecting gen time. Update: T2V still has body horrors and is still prompt dependent just like anything else (body horrors prob 30 percent of time for Sulphur lora, maybe because I run distilled)

I use this lora too in I2v just by curiosity, I don't even know what it is... any info on what it does ? (it didn't did much from my point ov view, but maybe i'm just not looking at the right details)

v1 fp8 is a transformer only diffusion model yeah. Beta was just hard cast to fp8 which is why the audio is very flat. This fp8 should have better audio since it's mixed precision. You can offload both vaes and text encoders since they're all split up and it should be able to run on 16g cards or even lower with more offloading.

That was kind of the point of this, through weeks using it in-training I put together this merge which basically hit that perfect balance imo. This was out of 17 versions and was even down to tweaking weights -/+ 0.03 and this version still had the best sample outputs.

Using the bf16 for t2v; Do I need to use the fro90_ceil72 lora on both low and high passes? I used it for the high pass and did 50 steps on low pass. The result was decent but the audio was not good at all.

    tenstrip

50 steps is kinda crazy for distilled. That many steps will cook the audio for sure. The max steps you need on distilled is like 13 sigmas/steps.

    May 3, 2026· 2 reactions

It's hard to be clear but it is LTX2.3 dev straight up, you can probably take ltx2.3 dev seeds and prompts and get almost the same output. However if you use it you'll find it has anatomy capability and sexual motions the base doesn't have because I layer scale merged in Sulphur2 data to make it behave like that. Sulphur official is a powerful full trained version where as this is a custom mix that uses it.

Make sure you don't load fp8 model as actually fp8 inside the loader, leave it a default so it casts to bf16. But I will say that for some reason the fp8 dragged down the overall 'soundscape' compared to bf16. The bf16 will actually layer multiple sex sounds and voices and it's just harder to get with the fp8 version. It may have to do with the clip being the normal default text projections and instead you need to pull text projections from the merge. This is definitely a known issue though.

    iodrg244May 3, 2026

I tried out the new fp8 (hard to tell. the names of all files are exactly the same old fp8, new fp8 and fp16 all have exactly the same file names). tiny suggestion to include the fp8/fp16 and something like v1.1 in the file names when making small update to versions. I ran exact same settings/seed for fp16 and the (new) fp8 and they were extremely close. quality-wise I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I only noticed one hand placement difference for like 2 seconds out of a 34 second video. It was minor and one wasn't better or worse than the other or out of line with prompt adherence. Audio was the same or very close (I didn't notice a difference). Nice.

Those are here. https://huggingface.co/TenStrip/LTX2.3-10Eros_Workflows Right now in how I understand it it's the way that LTX works. The latent has anchor points in a left to right flow, that conditioning for i2v/IClora is carried only from the first one onwards. If you do transitions, camera movements, expressions and talking, the future anchors will lose more and more likeness as those motions change them and they do not reinforce themselves to match any kind of "likeness" That is something that needs to be made and integrated into the model.

@itsreallytrue Depends on if it's T2V or I2V Lora. I2V can have lazy captioning, you mostly only want to describe loose context; camera angle and figures, then describe motion as cleanly as possible without embellished descriptions, and also use the exact same phrase to describe the motion acting as a keyword. All the extra stuff becomes noise tokens that unwind stuff the model can do better. T2V, idk much.

Don't connect the audio to the video combine from audio vae decode to mute output is one way. Instead of bypassing the audio you just set the first empty audio latent to 1 frame. Or you can take 10 seconds of silence as a sound file and encode it with a latent mask at 0 strength and put that in to force the model to generate silently maybe.

Heavy distortion, even wiith the LoRAs

    I'm using the distilled transformer

    2-stage 8+3 pipeline using ltx-to-mlx

I did convert and q4 quantize the model to get it to play nice in Apple land.

    With no lora, heavy distortion

The loras do help, but the combinations I tried don't give much hope at present. It's kind of the same distortion that was reported in the Sulphur community when using the dev model. Base distilled sulphur works fine without loras in the same pipeline, but doesn't give the greatest I2V results for softcore content.

Distortion to me just means the distilled lora. Oversaturated and changes the look of everything. It's why I use undistilled and with a different distilled lora that has it's weight split, you need much less weight on upscale pass or it will resample and ruin it.

@plz12345 I said just the undistilled model, you have to handle the distillation at inference with lora because the distilled lora they released does much more than let you run 1 CFG and low steps, it adversely effects pretty much everything. Just merging at 1.0 to make the 'distilled model' will make it unusable for best quality.

Yes it can handle mild female self filming, just dancing stuff, it can probably do the same output as default LTX2.3 if the prompt is basic enough. It's not overinfluenced to the point where people start thrusting or turn nude on their own. As far as pole dancing goes that's a very hard thing for LTX and it probably needs a targeted lora, although in that stripper video in previews I got a few motions with it but it won't do spinning moves very well she will clip through the pole a lot.

Not sure what that one does but 'creepy' sounds like prompt and over-ranked distilled lora usage-not optimal. My WFs are only designed around using this I2V and max quality and MrXin ones are good for general and fast outputs.

    KlaudMMay 12, 2026

    @tenstrip This is what I'm using https://imgur.com/rR0YmfR
By “creepy” I mean that the videos I get are very blurry/unstable, and the audio either doesn’t play at all or sounds very robotic. The visual result also feels kind of distorted and unnatural compared to the videos I get using the 22B distilled FP8 model.

@KlaudM Heretic clip is bad and it will ruin dialogue a lot and make people sound drunk. That setup seems overly complex all you need is V1 inside a checkpoint loader and you can get both VAE's with just it like a normal LTX model. Then for clip handle that by loading it like default as well with the gemma_3_12b normal clip - fp8_scaled for quality or fp4 for memory saving.

    KlaudMMay 15, 2026

@tenstrip I'm trying your WF, everything works very well )))

@KlaudM If you're using tiled sampler on a landscape ratio like 1920x1080 pass, or T2V you should hit the bypass mode on it. It's for very large square and vertical ratio pass that are I2V conditioned.

    aphoticrootsMay 13, 2026

@plz12345 Hey thank you for your input on this. I already tried the BF16 as well with no luck. I think it's simply a conversion issue currently that will hopefully be corrected soon by the software developer. I wish i could use comfyui but my ram is just not enough for it at the moment

I ran no-prompt i2v tests with IC-Lora on and off and it significantly affected the output away from nsfw which booted it in my book. I think I found that the main benefit was having image-guided condition from the IC Guider node so I just put that in. Likeness drift needs more of a direct solution that I'm working on.

Okay, so I just had to delete your Tiled Sampler and drag it into the workflow again because the one in the workflow was not the most recent one — version mismatch errors. It runs fine now, but the video after the second pass is much worse than after the first pass. Slower motion, lip sync gone or off.

Love the sound quality though, and the video after the first pass. Any idea what's causing this?

Edit: Switching from passthrough to tile carrying in the Tiles Sampler did the trick. Works perfectly now, thanks a ton for the model and the workflow.

That's not my workflow that's his. I use mine on my huggingface. Distortion and smearing is the distilled lora and my workflows split it up to change the weight of it between video/audio for both passes. You need at least 0.7 for first pass, my WF uses 0.8-0.9. But the model is at the mercy of being LTX and having to deal with that terrible distilled lora.

LTX can do much more complex stuff because it has a very long available frame count but it's not consistent or easy, requires a ton of prompting adjustment and manipulation. As for sulphur or this model Eros this is probably the most generalized nsfw video model right now, even uncensored version of grok lacks a lot of concepts like anal and certain positions.

This is an ltx2 problem the model gladly redraws the face at certain anchor points on the latent and treats it as just a loose reference especially with camera change, dialogue, and expressions. I think theres 3 issues; it's not a dedicated i2v model or structure, the feed-forward and self attention is especially compared to everything else. My nodes dampen it quite a bit with attention layer anchors but the problem is deeply embedded in the model's core behaviors.

@popeyer The real solution is to make an end frame with an image edit to give a future target of the same face/character and then the model won't drift off. The more usable way is to train a 15-30 minute character lora on images of the face to actually inject it into the model, there are some workflows being worked on to do that.

@tenstrip Dear Developer, I believe I am familiar with the steps you outlined; however, I would like to share my hardware specifications with you. I am running a 5090 graphics card with 64GB of RAM. Given this configuration, I would expect the generation of a 20-second, 720p video to be extremely fast—at least, that has been my experience with the official developer models, where the generation speed is exceptionally rapid (taking approximately 3 minutes to complete a 20-second 720p clip). In your workflow, however, the time required to complete the same task is nearly double that amount. I genuinely admire your model, and I sincerely hope that it can eventually match the official developer models in its ability to produce high-quality results at such remarkable speeds. Thank you for all your hard work!

@Silicon_Mirage Sure it can. All of that sounds like workflow and prompting issue. 8 step workflows are going to have very inconsistent low quality movement my workflows use STG and 13 steps first pass you can get good complex movement but use the right enhanced prompts, for longer generations you can use time stamps as well ( 7-9 seconds: she moves this way)

I'm surprised by how much more lively the videos can be if you go full steps (20-40 at 3.0 CFG with the multimodal guider) and ignore the distilled LoRA... it's really the bane of all that is NSFW, lol. It's not even close.

Yeah if I had a 6000 or something I would do undistilled, with CFG you usually want 50 steps.

    LastAssignmentJun 2, 2026

@tenstrip Yea, depending on the scene I see improvements even up to 80 steps. For more static scenes 20-30 steps seem to be good enough though.

    SmurfypieJun 4, 2026

I've been experiencing with higher cfg and steps recently but I have no idea how the multimodal guider works. Also do you use a second upscaling pass when doing higher cfg? Would be awesome if you could share a workflow :D

    LastAssignmentJun 4, 2026

@Smurfypie I just copied the exact settings the official full step workflow uses, there's really nothing special to it. Also only a single upscaling pass, workflow is embedded in the videos I've uploaded but I don't recommend using it since I'm still experimenting myself.

    SmurfypieJun 4, 2026· 2 reactions

@LastAssignment Ah ok. I recently upgraded to a 5090 so Ive been looking for a good full step workflow but majority of stuff I find is just distilled stuff.

For now I actually noticed best results using the regular ltx dev model with 4 cfg 25-30 steps combined with nsfw loras with the condsafe at 0.5 in upsampling pass.

    Kung_fu_PronJun 5, 2026

@LastAssignment can i have the workflow pls? i am trying what you did but to no avail

    LastAssignmentJun 5, 2026· 1 reaction

@Kung_fu_Pron It's embedded in my LTX vids, only the latest one doesn't but it's the same settings, just using first+last frame on top.

    DustAndDreamsJun 8, 2026· 1 reaction

Do you have a workflow I can refer to? I've been using the official workflow from the 10eros HF which is distilled (using the Sulphur distill lora) and 13 steps, which has worked pretty well for me, but I'm always looking to try new workflows and configs. Typically using an RTX 6000.

edit, nvm I saw your reply above and grabbed the workflow from one of your vids.

Anyone use this with Wan2GP? Any tips?

    tapczanJun 5, 2026· 1 reaction

I'm using it in Wan2GP with the distillation Lora mentioned by the author at 0.5 strength and 16 steps Euler. Maybe it's slower, but there is no ghosting or sudden blurriness in the video, that sometimes can happen on full strength distillation lora. For my RTX 3080 12GB works well.

@tapczan how did you import it? did you create the finetune .json file ? I've tried but I can't get the json right and the documentation is kinda thin for this on the github..

i am using his provided workflow and everything above 240 frames is breaking the output. I tried to adjust the sigmas of the Upscale pass but that didnt help but im sure its something with the upscale pass since the first pass preview is clean. Also, only the first 5 seconds of the 15 seconds video is broken, the last 10 seconds are normal. Does anyone know the fix?

When attempting to generate using the provided workflow, an error always occurs during the first pass if smZNodes is installed.

    Disabling smZNodes resolves the error.

Is there a way to enable smZNodes and successfully complete the generation?

I just threw this into my Sulphur2 T2V workflow to compare. I might just be using Sulphur wrong, since that is generally considered the T2V model while this is the I2V model from my understanding.

Either way, this model seems to perform noticably better even for T2V. 10Eros, surprisingly, seems to have a better understanding of movements, expressions and proportions than Sulphur.

Thank you very much for training this model, tenstrip! <3

I didn't train it but I merged it differently and that'll be passed on to them for official versions. Soon I'll start training high rank data patches of my own for the model and see if I can improve it further.

FYI if you are having issues with ghosting/smearing, turn off chunking.

It should fix most of that issue, outside of the ghosting that you might see during BJ scenes - LTX kinda struggles with close up faces moving)

Talking about chunk feed forward? I never used it, the only major impact on reducing motion blur was reranking the distilled lora and having more samples. The rank72 lora I did reduces motion blur by a huge amount compared to using the 384 at high strengths. One way to reduce fast motion blur is with temporal upscaling and getting more steps to render it.

    McClippyJun 19, 2026· 1 reaction

@tenstrip ah sorry this comment was supposed to go to the EROs workflow page, no idea why I posted this here lol my bad.
Thanks for the rank72 lora tip though, I did not know about that. Is that the fro90_ceil72 distilled lora?

@McClippy Yes. The rank 32 one removes it even more but it seems like it's a bit too weak to actually sample so I'll try 52 next time. Raising base frame rate to 25 or 26 also helps.

Are they stuck in a forever "analyzing" loop? Or does it just show the warning triangle? The analyzing bug happens on big files, the file size cap is more like 50mb now anything bigger takes forever to clear through. The warning triangle is bugged it'll show but it won't actually be hidden. I can see 12 vids on your page, last one 8 hours ago.

    iamgeekusaJun 12, 2026· 1 reaction

@tenstrip no they were removed by moderators saying I violated terms. I think it was because the image to video prompt contained the phrase "yoga girl" I tried to explain in the limited text box they give to appeal that it was obviously not meant to infer someone underage and was in fact based on a controlnet depth map of a actual adult.

the next version of ltx 2 sounds like it is going to be amazing. But it is moveing to a MOE design like wan 2.2. I have to ask, will this mean u are no longer able to fine tune it, i know MOE is a big reason why wan 2.2 has no TRUE nsfw finetunes. Only baked in loras, i love eros 10, and i fear for its future if ltx 2.5 and future versions go MOE, does it break the ability for it to be fine tuned easily? https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1u3a4dp/ceo_thoughts_whats_next_at_ltx/

Wan2.2 doesn't have major finetunes because no one stuck the 10k+ up to train one and the license was restrictive so they all trained 2.1 instead I think. As far as I know MoE doesn't affect training at all, and they also said they were increasing tuning support. Results should be better since it works to isolate only the relevant data to prompt. However I don't have a ton of faith in Lighttricks at this point because they acted like Ltx2 was ground breaking but they undertrained it on a terrible dataset. Unless they've fixed their dataset it's going to have the same weaknesses and problems just less weird prompt feedback. Main issue now is it's going to take another 10-15k to get that version of LTX even to this point so we need to find crowdfunding or angel donators to fund that new run.

Yes, that's something many have attempted loras for. I think architecturally LTX is incapable of matching a model like Wan 2.2 with such a complex concept, at least on this version. The new LTX version can probably do it.

    MarauJun 19, 2026· 2 reactions

Idk, but a lot of my videos also struggle with this issue until I found the right loras for it. You can check it out in my page.
