Use 1girl, 1boy, balllicking to activate the lora, then the man's position: pov balllicking male in background male from side
For multiple girls use 2girls/3girls and cooperative balllicking
Feel free to look at the example images for other ideas. I have found this lora to be pretty flexible on what it can do.

Fairly good but seems to like to generate penis licking instead a lot
I did notice that too, especially with 2girls and certain resolutions, but it definitely made a decent difference in my testing.
May try another training when the full anima model releases and update the dataset a little.
