In the moon's foreboding light, Majora's outline,
Foretelling destiny, where shadows intertwine.
The cursed mask and swirling gloom,
Time ticks down, sealing Termina's doom.

I'm way too busy these days to check out every new Lora, but I just had to see what you'd do with MajoraM on Flux... and I was not disappointed.
Really cool what the style manages (when you're at the wheel, I guess).
And yeah, they're really funny pics.
(spookily funny, the best type. Elephant Majora is my new horror bestie, and Mona Lisa is just hilarious).
Good job.
Thanks! Glad you liked it! 😁
Majora's Mask is probably my favorite Zelda game. I've beaten it more times than any other game and love its setting and theme.
The famous artist styles are the magic of Flux~✨lol I'm a noob at Flux so I talked with ChatGPT quite a bit to get these prompts.
After I coached GPT on what Majora is and how to prompt it in general I gave it this prompt
"describe with details the art techniques of famous artists as you reimagine famous pieces of art fused with zzMajora. For example mona lisa wearing the mask in the style of the artist that made mona lisa" #MajoraLisa
As for the Elephant I am highly satisfied with the result. It fused much better than some other animals I tried. Its probably worth turning into a Lora of its own!
But this is just the tip of the iceberg! The prompts I have in the showcase should be easily remixable into other artists, styles, animals, things!
@CitronLegacy Yeah, OoT is my fave (of all Zeldas, and top 3 games of all time), but Majora's Mask has an amazing vibe, seamlessly married to an amazing setting. IMO it accomplishes the vibe TotK was trying for and failed.
OTOH, Majora's Mask doesn't have Zelda (or Riju...), so nah, missing Link's other half I can't give it top place. Majora doesn't make a good replacement waifu, don't ask whether I tried 😉
Re using GPT to get Flux's style magic, Ok that's cool. I'll keep it in mind.
Sadly, my main computer these days can't deal with local gen, so until I find a way to return to days of yore (I'm looking for buried pirate's treasure 😁, that'll do it ), I'm stuck on civit's on-site gen, thus no can do Flux's price for myself. Hopefully others will find your iceberg, or it'll needa wait for my return to my glory days.
@ravemry9 OoT is a masterpiece, foundational, and nothing can compare. I like the mechanics and story telling of MM. When I was young it was fun to run around in masks but playing the game now that I am older the deeper themes really get to me. The unfulfilled dreams (Zora and Goron), grieving lost loved ones (Zora and Deku), or the feeling of hopelessness (Lon Lon Ranch and everyone that believe the moon will destroy them all), all these heavy themes are rarely done well in games or even books/movies. These themes are poignant but subtle because the overall story is fast paced: Link is rolling as a Goron, emitting glowing energy barriers as a Zora, actually jamming out with 4 different instruments, dealing with the dead and fighting freaky monsters. MM is the most polished and detailed game I've ever scene. There are other games with lots of details but they also have lots of unpolished aspects, but for MM every single aspect is heavily polished.
Link literally does not have time for any Waifu in MM because he only has 3 days lol.
.
Ah yes Flux is pricy. I rarely make Flux things because they aren't very accessible to the community and I'm not very good at it (Princess Ruto Flux turned out horrible lol).
@CitronLegacy Lol at Flux making a Princess Ruto horror, yeah when Flux goes bad it's bad. (maybe it's a Malon/Cremia or Saria shipper?)
I love your points about Majora's Mask's darker themes, and how we miss them in the fast paced game. I never really thought about it before, but yeah you're definitely right each area and stage of the game advances particular elements of those themes.
It's funny, I may not have gotten the subtext (like, heroes parallel to Link failing at his quest), but even as a kid I was devastated by things like Maiku dying (right freaking in front of me!), and Darmani dying alone in the blizzard, and the Deku Butler crying over his missing son at that tree (nintendo gave us that in the post-victory scene! they clearly wanted to emphasize the darkness.) What an evocative, somber game.
Do you think the game's point is meant to be nihilistic? Like, heroism doesn't work, everyone ends up sad anyway? I have friends who think so. Doesn't seem Zelda-like to me, but I have no intelligent opinion.
Is good. The laugh still haunts me. Let me just grab my Fierce Diety Mask.
Luckily Fierce Diety absolutely shreds Majora. Its so cool how they made that form so overpowered.
omg, ZIT does MajoraLisa as well as flux did :-/
Terrifying. I think da Vinci would've been impressed.
