Flashpoint Zexal has entered 3.0 - Fusion!!

I realized a while ago that 2.0...while good, was a bit too strong. So I went back into the lab to work on it. What came out of it was Zexal 3.0 - Angel. A merge of sorts between 1.0 and 2.0. Using the styles of Rabbies and Pit.
