Fu Orostor (フウ・オロストル, Fū Orosutoru) is a character in Gachiakuta. He's a former rookie member of the Raiders and currently working with the Cleaners on a trial basis.
Due to his actions, Fu is a supporting antagonist in the Trash Storm Arc before becoming an ally.
He is a funny guy that can't do anything without getting orders or having someone attack him.

Default outfit: purple sweater, brown belt, grey pants, grey shoes
If you want a different outfit lower the strength.

I don't know if you know this, but the image isn't showing up, so it's hard to tell which character it is.
Yea. CivitAI seems to be having some issues (had same happen yesterday). The images are not tagged by the system and given age rating so they don't show up. Unfortunately, I can't do anything but wait for it to be fixed/processed :(
