Khanykov01 has a really good guide, I learned it from that + minor adjustments along the way.
TL;DR is copy and pasting pictures makes you only need a handful of pictures to make something half decent.
My personal adjustments: If the LoRA isn't amazing (bad style, no pose flexibility, etc) I use it to make more pictures for it to cannibalize during training (the amount of details the AI can master is limited anyways so losing slightly more detail for more flexibility is worth it to me).
I have a few shortcuts here and there but overall following the guide will be simpler, LoRA training isn't an exact science sadly, a lot of minor adjustments here and there can make or break something and the basics are really all you need
