Can this work as SFW?
Yes, it works. I just added a sample image that may appear once CivitAI image analysis check it (the site is a bit slow right now for that).
The prompt should describe the dresing and mention to not show any naked part:
Portrait of a blonde woman, wearing a white dress, very fat body, in a black wall, long hair. She is dressed, not showing any naked part.
It would be nice to see such types of LORA for different body types: fit, muscular, skinny etc.
