Baradagi Harataki, whose full name is Ryūko Harataki (原滝龍子), also known as Colonel Baradagi (バラダギ大佐), is the main character in the Japanese OVA Prefectural Earth Defense Force ova from 1986, she is a key antagonist and a member of the Telephone Pole Gang, a secret evil group that seeks to conquer the world, starting with a prefecture in Kyūshū. To achieve this, she infiltrates Imazuru High School by posing as a student, with the goal of sabotaging the Prefectural Earth Defense Force, an improvised team of teachers and delinquent students formed to fight her group.
