Just did some test, and it's pretty good, tried with a realistic model making an older Sarah.
However, I think you need to edit the ranges of the weights, as by default it loads at 4, which results in generating noise.
The maximum weight really shouldn't exceed 1 in most cases.
Please fix the weights, its unusable in the civitai generator as set up (2 minimum weight and a maximum of 10!!).
Your limits should always be no more than 1 unless your lora is a slider.
