Adding to my stable of obscure furry waifus with Julie Bruin. She only appeared in one segment of one episode of Tiny Toon Adventures in the episode that was just a bunch of music videos. It was a parody of Just Say Julie starring Julie Brown on MTV. Julie Bruin was voiced by Julie Brown herself making it a kinda meta reference. Julie Brown went on to voice Minerva Mink in Animaniacs.

All the relevant tags should be up in the trigger words section. I want to call out the cartoon screencap tag. I saw it mentioned in a lora for another obscure character and they mentioned they used anime screencap in the training data to hopefully separate the actual show style from the character itself. I gotta say I like the results here. You can either try and render fanart of Julie or use cartoon screencap to render something that looks like it's from the show. Anyway I hope you enjoy.
