Something with this is causing issues; the KSampler is generating the image of input 2, but its not actually swapping any heads.

Well! I downloaded and ran the workflow from CivitAI and it works fine. Ensure you have green area in image1 where the head from image2 needs to be injected. The area have to be specifically RGB(0,255,0) color - #00FF00. The workflow convert the mask to the area, so you can just use mask editor to select the area and the workflow do the rest. Mind also there are no LoRA v3 published yet, so please use v1 or v2 only. Version 3 is still cooking...
