The conversion is easy...the real challenge is keep the facial expressions like the dude from "AnimorphicAI" channel got...
Perhaps you can try adding prompts such as anime to realistic real people, anime to realistic real people, and maintaining facial expressions.
Most of these anime to real workflows are just replacing things in the picture with whatever the model has unless I too am missing something important.
