In the story she stands out as the most eccentric member of the staff, blending humor with a dangerously erratic demeanor and an unusual fascination with explosives. During Security Office mode, Poppi is one of the girls who will actively attempt to enter the office through either side door and attack the player directly. She can also drop plush dolls of herself through the ventilation system, each rigged with a bomb that must be disarmed quickly or it will explode and instantly kill the player.

Can I upload the images I used for training? I tried creating a character LoRA myself but couldn't get it to work, so I'd like to see yours for reference.
There are many variables involved in making a decent LoRA, and it’s not necessarily the fault of the images. At the beginning, I had problems because the AI tagger was tagging the images incorrectly, which caused issues when training the LoRA. Now, I go through each image one by one to make sure the tags are correct before training.

@manzyu I also deep-clean the images when necessary. Some images include multiple characters, which can confuse the training process, so I crop them to focus only on the intended subject. In certain cases, I use Photoshop to make additional adjustments, such as removing distracting elements or correcting minor visual issues, to ensure the dataset is as clean and consistent as possible before training the LoRA.
@Bolivante Thank you for the detailed information. Next time I create a LoRA myself, I'll keep image editing in mind. If it's not too much trouble, I have a question about image tagging. When I researched online, I found that removing tags for character features allows the model to learn untagged attributes—is this correct? Personally, I think that when training a model on pink-haired characters, I shouldn't tag them with “pink hair.”

@Bolivante I would recommend you do so anyway. Not all the IL models of Sammy generate the same results, and your model library has the best track record.
