There's three major categories represented in the LoRA: armless, legless, and quad/quad amputee. Quad is the strongest, with the other two being more hit-or-miss. I also recommend keeping the resolution below 832x832 unless you are trying to make tittypedes or conjoined women. It also works best with less prompt length but can still produce acceptable results with the right prompt.

As far as strength is concerned, 1 is about your best bet. All sample images were generated at a strength of 1 with epiCRealism.
