The one white breast and one black breast doesn’t always generate, mostly when she is pictured with clothes on or from a side view perspective. I’ve found it helps to include the tag (multicolored breasts, one white breast, one black breast:1.3). You can increase the strength of this tag to guarantee the generation, but it definitely reduces the detail at high strengths. Some Loras will generate one white breast and one black breast without further prompting
