Just add the lora to your prompt. No need for a trigger word. If you're only getting a face closeup, either:
A: Add more things and/or weight to the rest of the prompt.
B: Lower the lora's weight.

She looks great with ''blonde_hair, blue_eyes, side_ponytail''.

She tends to look away, if you don't like that, try ''looking_at_viewer'' in positive prompt and ''looking_to_the_side, looking_away'' in the negative prompt.

Can be mixed with my other loras to great effect. Try starting at 0.5 for each.
