Sorry in advance for this slider. I know most of us here are chasing those perfect plastic waifu with flawless skin and symmetrical everything. But sometimes you crave a bit of realism — or just want to troll the model by forcing it to spit out something... human. Or not so much.
This is a bidirectional beauty-ugly slider (BUT):
Positive weights (+1.0 and above): Here's where the fun begins. Asymmetry, uneven skin, blemishes — realistic "flaws" that make the image less doll-like. Perfect for when you're tired of eternal perfection in Illustrious/Pony generations.
(Don't crank it too high unless you want to be shocked.)
Negative weights (-1.0 and below): Makes the image sharper and the character prettier. I wouldn't recommend going below -1.0 though — the model was trained primarily to go UGLY.
It mainly affects the face, doesn't mess much with the body or background.
Recommended weights: -1 to +4 (extreme values can produce hilarious artifacts).
Use at your own risk. I'm not judging your taste. 😏
If you liked it (or absolutely hated it) — drop a comment below. Maybe I'll make a v2 with some fixes.

Authro please can you make good bimbofication slider? liek make girls have bigger breasts, asses(liek huge bublge butt),huge bimbo lips and faces that shows that they are dumb, silly bimbos. There is no good slider here
From your showcased pics i don't see any "getting uglier" effect. In fact it seems to make your character younger and bruised the higher the score. It doesn't match with the " getting uglier" slider label.
I agree. I think setting the slider value to 1 produces faces that are more natural, with less of that cold "AI-face" look. I see myself using this LORA to make faces less ugly and more natural.
@midnightj Great insight! I was going to pass on this one 'til I saw your comment. Using it at lower weight adds a touch of flavor to the generation, and I'm all for the little details that can make the final image stand out.
Red Flags..
Do this ugly make the characters actually ugly? Like Sub5 ugly?
