For the face patterns, the only "real" solution I'm aware of is more close ups of her face, and excluding the facial marks tag when they're too far to be distinct, and upping the repeat/epoch count (note Civitai's trainer will automatically lower repeat count if you have more than a certain number of images in dataset, so removing your worst/most duplicative images can get you more with less). Exact patterns are something SD based models just inherently suck at.
