    Disappearing LoRA for Wan I2V

    Model Description

    This LoRA specializes in creating stunning disappearing effects that make objects, people, or elements in your images gradually vanish into thin air. Perfect for magical transformations, mysterious vanishings, and creating captivating visual effects where subjects fade away with various styles - from gradual transparency to particle dispersion.

    Trigger Words

    The trigger phrase is Disappearing.
    For best results, use “Disappearing” in your prompt when describing the image you want to animate. The model will create a sequence where the subject gradually vanishes using various disappearing effects.

    Setup for ComfyUI

    To use this LoRA in ComfyUI, simply place the files in your loras directory:

    • Download both [Wan2.2]Disappearing_Redmond_low_noise.safetensors and [Wan2.2]Disappearing_Redmond_high_noise.safetensors and place them in ComfyUI/models/loras/
      Ensure your ComfyUI environment is already configured to run Wan I2V models.

      Example Workflow (ComfyUI)

      In your ComfyUI workflow, add a Load LoRA node after your base model loader.

    • Load your base Wan I2V model.

    • Connect the output of the model loader to the model input of the Load LoRA node.

    • Select both [Wan2.2]Disappearing_Redmond_low_noise.safetensors and [Wan2.2]Disappearing_Redmond_high_noise.safetensors in the Load LoRA node.

    • Connect the MODEL output of the LoRA node to your KSampler.

    • Adjust the strength_model as needed (0.8-1.0 is a good starting point).

    A good lora for making things disappear.

    but you can also use it to magically transform things into other things. just tell the prompt that something is left in the disappeared object's place, and you have transmutation magic.

    Oh yes, there are definitely some things I want to disappear, and this does a great job at that. If you ScaleROPE at scale_t=7.0, then they should be all disappeared within 17 frames. Oh and this takes the new #1 slot at believable results for the object that is behind the things that disappeared.

    If you really want those things gone, you might also add those things to a negative text encode node and send that to WanVideoNAG. Most particularly in the high-noise pass.

    @jenniferhoustonpancakes i usually just tell it something like: the (insert object/person) instantly and completely disappears in a puff of (insert color) smoke.

    "in a flash of (insert color) light" also tends to work, but it looks a bit more painful than the puff of smoke. disappearing vs disintegrating.
