A cloth gag (otm-oth, i.e. over the mouth and over the hair) for ZImage Turbo. The new version is working quite well, so you can experiment.
You should call the gag by describing it, through cloth gag and reinforce it by describing that it is wrapped tightly over the head and over the hair.
The LoRA has also good knowledge of ropes, so you can try the following: shibari, BDSM, ropes, bound wrists/ankles/torso/knees/feet. If you describe the ropes, it can do anything.
Different colours for the gag and ropes are quite easy. Different styles are also easy...
Just look at the examples and experiment some more.

Retrain here on civitai, with expanded set (260), using the same tagging (extended text made with joy caption with more than 150 tokens), LR 0.0002 (as suggested by @Joschek), 64/64. I am not sure on the epoch (here is e 15, but lower epochs produce good results in the few samples also). Start with strength at 0.8 and lower if you use other LoRAs. It might be overtrained, so if you want, ask me to upload other epochs (I kept some more)
