Skin Morph LoRA for Wan I2V
Model Description
This LoRA specializes in creating seamless skin morphing effects that transform one person into another with stunning realism. Watch as faces and bodies smoothly transition between different identities, genders, or even fictional characters. Perfect for character transformations, identity changes, and creating mesmerizing metamorphosis sequences.
Trigger Words
The trigger phrase is Skin morph.
For best results, use “Skin morph” in your prompt when describing the transformation you want to animate. The model will create a smooth morphing sequence between the original subject and the target transformation.
Setup for ComfyUI
To use this LoRA in ComfyUI, simply place the files in your loras directory:
Download both [WAN2.2]SkinMorph_Redmond_low_noise.safetensors and [WAN2.2]SkinMorph_Redmond_high_noise.safetensors and place them in ComfyUI/models/loras/
Ensure your ComfyUI environment is already configured to run Wan I2V models.Example Workflow (ComfyUI)
In your ComfyUI workflow, add a Load LoRA node after your base model loader.
Load your base Wan I2V model.
Connect the output of the model loader to the model input of the Load LoRA node.
Select both [WAN2.2]SkinMorph_Redmond_low_noise.safetensors and [WAN2.2]SkinMorph_Redmond_high_noise.safetensors in the Load LoRA node.
Connect the MODEL output of the LoRA node to your KSampler.
Adjust the strength_model as needed (0.8-1.0 is a good starting point).

Is it possible to do something like this to get a werewolf from a character?
You could do it with First and Last image of I2V. Just make sure they both are align on the same position for the Human form and in the Werewolf form.
great lora.👍👍
Finally!! I can transform bro into femboy. LOL
Anyone know how to get it to not morph back after roughly the 4 second mark?
im not getting the wave change fx it just pops from original to the change
Hey, this one's pretty good at revealing objects behind thin, cloth-like layers too!
thanks for that lora <3
Now Morphs/Transformation are nearly perfect no to early transition to the endframe...
Works also with different backgrounds of start and endframe... WAn without that lora has massive problems with that for a TF/Morph Animation
Gosh I need it for LTX 2.3
I want to transform someone's head into a horse's head like in the Manimal TV show. Can I do that?
This is still one of the best special effects lora for Wan ever created.
I saw your SkinMorph LoRA for Wan,it's incredibly well done! Transformations look super smooth and natural.
Any chance you'd consider making a similar LoRA for MiniMax H3? The H3 community is growing fast, but there's a huge gap for good cinematic morphing/transformation LoRAs (skin morph, magical transformations, etc.). Your Wan version proves you know how to do this at a high level.
Would anyone else here be interested in a MiniMax H3 version? 🤔
If you ever decide to make it — I'd be happy to beta-test! 🙌
