I'd recommend starting at a weight of 0.6 and working your way up as necessary. The thumbs are a bit of a problem. It will tend to remove pants if you do not describe any, and it does skew towards large breasts. Works well for jackets, robes, button-downs, etc - things that can actually be spread.
Tips that may improve outputs:
Describing the garments (including pants if you want them)
Adding "breasts," "tits," "nipples," etc. as well as "opening [garment] [with both hands]"
Starting the prompt with "shirtspread,"
