I used a 2-stage process from 1K to 2K. I reduced the weight for the second stage to 0.5-0.6

Significantly better muscle slider lora than the other ZIT ones out. The only problem I'm having is fighting the anime faces.
makes sense - mostly trained on drawings instead of photos.
