Use Adetailer or Face Detailer. Hand detailer, on the other hand, is often a pain, but can be useful.
Recommended resolutions: 1280 x 600, 1200 x 600, 1280 x 720, 1344 x 768, 1440 X 900, 1600x900 and inversion for vertical images. + SDXl resolution

Now, when generating images, you can go down to 15-10 steps, especially when generating semi-realistic or simple images with a simple prompt. You can even skip Yolov in some places. This isn't a turbo model, though. When improving the model, I focused on creating all sorts of abstract, glitchy images with a mix of pop art and fuzzy paint, etc., but the model hasn't lost its previous skills; in some places, it's even cleaner.
