There's already 3 Kashima loras on this site (did a quick search), 4 if you count the one that's just the uniform...

Some are too strong and you can't generate them with other clothes, not to mention the one you need to use a Textual Inversion with.
That's why I'm asking him, considering how Katori's Lora looks, I'm looking for flexibility and good results.

There are still many Kantai Collection characters without their own LoRA in Civitai.
Since I would prioritize creating LoRA for characters without one, there are currently no plans to create a LoRA for Kashima.
Currently, I am planning to create a LoRA for Fukae and Hirato.
I apologize, but I do not have any plans to take on commissioned work.
I would like to create LoRA for characters I like whenever I feel like it.
Also, taking on commissioned work would make it feel like a job, so I do not plan to accept any.

@rtz13838 I have not tried any of them - she's got mountains of non-AI art already, so I have no interest in generating her. My opinion on the matter is similar to OP's - focus on less popular characters. I definitely have generated more images of Ume (using justTNP's lora of her) than there is actual art of her, off the top of my head.
@bigredguy2 I understand, but I still think that the fact that there are many Loras of a character does not mean that all of them will give good results.
Which brings us to this case, but I won't belabor the point.
I don't want to be annoying.
