✨ Compact Pro GUI Design || SDXL Pre-Definer (NSFW Fix) with Face Lock || 7x Detailer || SeedVR2 Upscaler || Seed Variance Enhancer || Lora Loader 4 all Models & Detailers || Color Grading || GGUF Support || ZIT & ZIB compatible || 5 different v6 versions 👀
Z-Image Turbo is a fast, powerful and highly efficient image generation model with 6B parameters. The strength of this model lies in its ability to generate photorealistic images. But even though the model follows prompts very well, the output still isn’t premium in terms of quality. We still need an upscaling process here to make the images presentable. This is where this workflow comes in! Including the ADetailer, SDXL Pre-Definer as NSFW Fix and SeedVR2 Upscaler for high quality outputs!
General Version differences:
v1 = Base Workflow with Ultimate SD Upscaler (outdated)
v2 = Lora Loader + Ultimate SD Upscaler (outdated)
v3 = LL + Color Grading + 2x Detailer + Ultimate SD Upscaler (outdated)
v4 = LL + Color Grading + 2x Detailer + SeedVR2 Upscaler
v5 = LL + Color Grading + SDXL PreDefiner + 6x Detailer + SeedVR2 Upscaler
v6 = LL + Color Grading + SDXL PreDefiner with FaceLock + 7x Detailer + SeedVR2 Upscaler + GGUF Support

🚀 What do you need to get started right away?
This Workflow - just download it, unzip the file and load the *.json into ComfyUI
Z-Image Model: z_image_turbo_bf16.safetensors (place in \models\diffusion_models\)
Text encoder file: qwen_3_4b.safetensors (place in \models\text_encoders\)
The VAE file: ae.safetensors (place in \models\vae\)
SAM Model: sam_vit_b_01ec64.pth (place in \models\sams\)
Face Detector: face_yolov8m.pt (place in \models\ultralytics\bbox\)
Eyes Detector: Eyeful_v2-Paired.pt (place in \models\ultralytics\bbox\)
Hand Detector: hand_yolov8s.pt (place in \models\ultralytics\bbox\)
Various upscale models of your choice for v1, v2 & v3 (place in \models\upscale_models\)
Regarding the upscale model (only important for v1, v2 & v3) I recommend 4x_NMKD-Siax_200k.pth or 4x_UltraSharp.pth. These deliver the best results. But feel free to try out different upscale models. You can find a good selection here. You can ignore this if you use the SeedVR2 Version (v4+). I recommend using the SeedVR2 Version because it is faster and brings better image quality.
For SeedVR2 Upscaler you can find the model files here. Place one or more of them in \models\SEEDVR2\ folder. For more detailed info's about the models take a look at the v4 Changelog.
If you used FLUX before then you already have the ae.safetensors file and dont need to download it again. But if you prefer more details you can try out the UltraFlux-v1 VAE file.
You can also use the fp8 checkpoint if you run a gpu with 8gb of vram. Or use one of the available GGUF models in this case.
For v5 + v6 Versions you also need some good SDXL (or Pony / Illustrious) models. Place them in \models\checkpoints\
🚨 Make sure you use the latest stable ComfyUI version. Also don't forget to update the ComfyUI Frontend package manually and your Custom Nodes via ComfyUI Manager. Otherwise compatibility problems may occur and the workflow is not working properly.

❓ FAQ ❓
1️⃣ Do I need some special nodes to run this workflow?
The nodes inside these workflows are common nodes. If ComfyUI still indicates a missing node just install it via ComfyUI Manager and restart briefly.
Custom nodes used in this workflow (v6):
I'm a big believer in "keep it simple and working". However, ComfyUI updates can sometimes break one node or another. I've been careful with my node choices though – nothing too exotic or obscure. So it's pretty unlikely to happen. If it ever does, I'll swap out the broken nodes and upload a new version right away. So i can guarantee that this workflow is always working just fine for you.
2️⃣ Can I use this WF for my AI Influencer projects?
Absolutely! You can use your ZIT Character LoRa's here. This workflow was engineered with high-frequency content creation in mind, specifically addressing the core pain points of AI influencer management: face consistency, pose preservation due to the great prompt follow of Z-Image and all the detailers to control every little detail of your SFW/NSFW creations.
By utilizing the integrated Face Lock mechanism for the SDXL Pre-Definer and GGUF-optimized weight balancing, the pipeline ensures that your character’s features remain identical across various lighting conditions, expressions and camera angles. Whether you are generating social media content, lifestyle shots, or marketing assets, this workflow minimizes the need for manual inpainting or iterative re-rolls. It is designed to act as a scalable foundation for consistent AI model branding, allowing you to focus on creative direction rather than technical troubleshooting. Try it out, you will be surprised!
Please note: The free Basic Version is primarily optimized for standard lifestyle and creative SFW content. For high-fidelity NSFW generations or advanced stylistic control, I recommend using the Pro Version or Ultimate Edition, which are specifically fine-tuned for these complex rendering demands. 🚀
3️⃣ What are the hardware requirements for this workflow?
This workflow is designed to be highly scalable, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of consumer-grade GPUs. While a minimum of 8GB VRAM is sufficient to run all versions of this workflow, your performance will vary based on the model precision and optimization settings.
Entry-Level (8GB VRAM): To maintain optimal generation speeds and avoid out-of-memory (OOM) errors, I highly recommend utilizing FP8 precision or quantized GGUF models. These optimizations significantly reduce the memory footprint without compromising the core aesthetic quality.
Performance Tier (12GB+ VRAM): For a fluid workflow experience, especially during high-resolution upscaling and batch processing, a GPU with 12GB or more of VRAM is recommended. This allows you to leverage the full BF16 precision of the Z-Image Turbo model, ensuring maximum fidelity and rapid inference times.
4️⃣ Is it possible to use this workflow on Runpod?
Yes, this workflow is fully compatible with cloud-based GPU platforms like Runpod or similar instances. Since the infrastructure is built on standard ComfyUI architecture, the deployment process is identical to a local installation. Just load your custom nodes, place your model files, drop the workflow and you are ready to render. A lot of Ultimate Edition user are using this workflow on Runpod and are happy with it.
The primary advantage of deploying this in a cloud environment is the significant throughput increase compared to consumer-grade local hardware. By leveraging high-VRAM instances (such as A6000 or H100 GPUs), you can drastically reduce inference times for complex LoRa-heavy prompts and high-resolution upscaling tasks. This makes it an ideal solution for users needing rapid, batch-based content generation without the overhead of maintaining local hardware.
5️⃣ What is the performance profile of this workflow?
The generation speed is not a fixed metric, it scales dynamically based on your specific setup and desired output parameters. Key factors influencing your render times include:
GPU Architecture & VRAM: Your primary hardware bottleneck.
Resolution Strategy: RAW base resolution vs. final upscale multiplier.
Pipeline Complexity: Number of active Detailer nodes and post-processing steps.
Model Precision: Choice of FP8, BF16, or GGUF quantization.
Benchmark Expectation: In the Ultimate Edition (utilizing all active Detailers at BF16 precision), you can expect render times between 70 to 150 seconds per image on a mid-range setup (e.g. RTX 5070TI).
Optimization Tips:
Precision Matters: Switching from BF16 to FP8 or quantized GGUF models will yield a noticeable performance gain.
Resolution Scaling: Reducing your base RAW resolution from 2.0MP to 1.4MP provides a significant boost in speed while maintaining high visual fidelity.
Cloud Scaling: If you deploy this on top-tier hardware like an RTX 5090 or H100 (via Runpod), latency is essentially removed from the equation. At that point, your generation speed is limited only by how fast you can edit your prompts. 😉
Out-of-the-box, the workflow is meticulously tuned to strike the perfect balance between high-fidelity output and production-ready efficiency.
💡 Usage Tips:
Simply set the desired resolution on the left, put in your prompt and start generating.
Why there is no negative prompt field? If the CFG value is set to 1.0 the negative prompt is ignored. This is one of the reasons why the model is so fast. This is intentional and not a mistake. Other workflows are ignoring this fact and offer a negative input node. But you don't need a negative prompt here. Simply enter your positive prompt and you're good to go!
For prompting, it's recommended to use natural language in complete sentences. Describe the person or people, the setting, the camera angle, and the lighting. The more detailed you are, the more accurate the result. 100-300 words works best.
If you only want to generate raw images for testing purposes, simply toggle off the upscaling and detailer groups using the first node on the top-left. This is also recommended for color grading. Don't forget to fix the seed for that.
Feel free to experiment with the denoise values in the detailer nodes to get the perfect result. Also try out different upscale models.
You don't need to go higher than 9 steps with this model. It is a 8 Steps Model. It will not generate better images if you go higher. Just leave it on 8 or max 9 steps.
I like to have the option to directly select the aspect ratio (e.g. 5:7 or 9:16) in the node. If you prefer to enter the resolution manually simply disconnect or delete the "Base Resolution Node". Afterwards you can enter your desired resolution in the "latent image" node.
📜 To keep this description as clean and compact as possible, I’ve moved the older legacy changelogs to this Article. If you're interested in how this workflow has evolved over time, feel free to dive into the full history there! 👍🏼
🆕 v6 Changelog:
You asked, I delivered! v6 isn't just a minor tweak; it’s a logic overhaul and "Listen & Deliver" Update. I took your feedback from v5 (especially regarding face consistency) and built in a solution that makes this workflow the most powerful tool for Z-Image generations these days. Better, faster and more "Lock-in" than before. 😉
What's New?
✨ Face Lock 4 Pre-Definer (The Game Changer!)
This was the #1 request after v5. In previous versions, the SDXL Pre-Definer sometimes went a bit rogue on the faces when using specific ZIT character LoRa's. Not anymore! I’ve built an intelligent logic gate that 100% preserves the face of your Z-Image Turbo character while still injecting all that sweet SDXL detail and fixing anatomy issues.
The Result: You keep your character's soul but get the body and skin textures of a high-end SDXL model.
How to use: It’s enabled by default in the Pro and Ultimate versions. If you want the Pre-Definer to go wild, you can simply toggle it off with the dedicated switch node.
✨ GGUF Model Support & 2-Way Switch
VRAM is precious, and I know it. v6 now fully supports GGUF models. I’ve added a super handy 2-Way Switch, so you can jump between your standard checkpoints and GGUF models with a single click. No more messy node reconnecting - just pure efficiency. Available in all 5 different versions.
✨ Z-Image Base (ZIB) Support & Negative Prompts
I’ve brought the Negative Prompt node back to the main stage! Why? Because Z-Image Base is using negative prompts and some of you wanna test ZIB models. While Turbo still doesn’t need negatives, ZIB thrives on them.
Pro Tip: If you switch to ZIB, remember to crank your KSampler steps up to 30-40 and set the CFG between 4.0 and 6.0. Turbo stays at its usual low values, of course.
✨ New Detailers: Feet & Penis "The Extra Inch"
Feet Detailer (Now in Pro): By popular demand, the Pro version now includes the Feet Detailer (previously Ultimate only). No more "AI-Potato-Toes" for the Pro users!
Penis Detailer (Ultimate Only): You asked for it, you got it. The Ultimate Edition now features a dedicated Penis Detailer for those... specific anatomy fixes. Precision is everything, right?
✨ Reworked GUI Design (The "Clean Desk" Update)
I didn't just prettify the comparison chart; I rebuilt the entire workflow UI!
Uniform Group Heights: All node groups now have the exact same height. This means you can drag and drop groups to rearrange the workflow however YOU like it without breaking the layout.
Bigger Final Preview: Less zooming, more admiring. The final output preview is now significantly larger so you can check your results instantly.
Under the Hood: Tons of "minor changes" (you know the drill - optimizing connections, cleaning up the spaghetti, making it run like a Porsche).
✨ Pro Version Not Free Anymore
I love sharing my work with the community, but I had to make a tough call. I’ve recently noticed that certain "creators" have been taking my free v5 Pro Workflows, slapping their name on it, and actually reselling them elsewhere.
Honestly? That sucks. I put a lot of time and perfectionism into these workflows so you can have a better experience, not so some leeches can fill their pockets with my work. Because of that i had to put the v6 Pro Versions behind a small Paywall on KoFi and PayHip.
Thanks for understanding. I’d rather keep this circle a bit smaller and high-quality than let people exploit the project. 🫶🏼

Why the positive prompt is also the negative prompt?
Nm just figured out the CFG is 1 so it's ignoring the negative prompt.
@cgvhjng Exactly this... It's all described in the workflow description. :)
so it worked but there's something wrong with detailers on my end, modified and re did the lora area and add ed save locations after each detailer to see result, added sage attention. only thing left from original wf is the color grade slides, grain and sharpener. Ill replace the face detailer with a working one from a different wf of mine. Zimage is i nice realistic image maker learning about it, ip you are interested in wf Follow and message me, ( tons of custom nodes but works fine for me on portable)
@Ohmydoodlesai What i read here is: "I took your engine apart, swapped the pistons, replaced the oil with Red Bull – and now it doesn't run anymore. Weird!" 😂
You should try out the new v4 Version with SeedVR2 Upscaler. Much faster und better image quality. 🔥
I ran it without modification and didn't notice the any difference in photo compare nor did the other 2 detailers work for image compare ( after adjusteing the color grade stuff to a preset of choice, run wf then you can see difference, but ony in one image compre box unfortunately)
So I used the template as a visual base For z image seup is all really, lora, detailers and face swap nodes looking to integrate with zimage. I dont know how to share my modification and give credit to original wf correctly yet but ill like to share my experiments someday.
@MrSmith2025 well do, I did something in one of my experiments and ending up with pretty nice cartoons. Nice work I see the hard work, got another version out already. I'll post what pops out with out modifications.
@Ohmydoodlesai Glad you try it out! Just keep in mind: If you change the detailers, wiring, compare logic and color workflows, then you're basically driving your own car and not my engine anymore. So make sure that you only edit the workflow until you know what you do! 😉
The v4 works out-of-the-box with high quality output! If something doesn’t work after modifications, just reset and run clean, otherwise you're comparing apples to the moon. 😄
And please my friend - do me a favor - stop using drugs! They aren't good for you... 😋
@MrSmith2025 no ones on drugs simply keyboard challenged and excited to get my work out there. Ill try v4 to see what happens and tag you if i decide to post my final WF.
Hello, I just need Hint Node
@DrakulValmont666 Hey, did you read the workflow description? There are all nodes listed that you need. But you also can install missing nodes with the ComfyUi Manager. Just go in and click on "install missing custom nodes" and you are ready to go. But i still suggest that you read the full workflow description. :-)
@MrSmith2025 I'm blonde, lol, I realized my mistake (laughs). The workflow works! I just need to check the settings and read your usage tips, because I have a modest RTX 3070 Ti and as a result, I'm getting a Torch.OutOfMemoryError in SeedVR2VideoUpscaler. Good work!
@DrakulValmont666 That has nothing to do with blonde. At least not if you're a guy. It's different with blonde women... 😅
If you get OOM on SeedVR2 Upscaler Node then just use a smaller model. You will still get very decent results. Have fun with the WF! 💪
@MrSmith2025 Yes, so I'm using the version with SD Upscaler (which works well, by the way!). Which smaller model would you recommend for the SeedVR2? Thanks in advance.
@DrakulValmont666 Nah, you should really use the SeedVR2 version. Results are much better. You will be impressed for sure!
With your RTX 3070TI you got 8GB of VRAM. So do not use models above 6GB in size. Try out the seedvr2_ema_7b-Q4_K_M.gguf that got 4.8GB. If that doesn't work use a smaller one like seedvr2_ema_3b-Q3_K_M.gguf (only 1.55GB) or seedvr2_ema_3b-Q4_K_M.gguf (only 2GB). That should work for sure! :)
@MrSmith2025 I'm getting the same error. I installed all the custom nodes listed in the instructions and when I try "install missing custom nodes" it comes up empty. What is the name of the custom node package that contains "Hint Node". I did some googling and AI searches and finally found that installing "ComfyUI-Flux-Continuum" was the solution.
@cenikpus Yes, that could be possible. The Package ComfyUI-Flux-Continuum is installed on my ComfyUI. But its not shown under "Used in Workflow". When i click on the node to get Developer Info it just shows "ComfyUI-Frontend" so i've thought its a basic node from the ComfyUI FrontEnd Package.
I will add the ComfyUI-Flux-Continuum to the list of required Custom Nodes. But you can also delete the small ? Node beside my Name in the Title of the first group. :)
@cenikpus It's an unimportant, unconnected node; it's highlighted in red above the workflow and serves only as a notification (website, etc.). Comfyui won't ask you for it again if you delete it directly and manually.
I've removed the hint node now and replaced it with a standard note text field. Files already updated!
SeedVR2 for the win- it amazes me just how long this insanely good upscale model has taken to become mainstream. I guess the authors pushing it as an (impossible for local) video upscaler confused people. In reality almost no models are trained on upscaling- SeedVR2 was.
Other methods are NOT upscalers but image re-creators, which isn't the same thing at all.
Yes, thats true. But we can get similar results with other kind of upscalers. e.g. with control net tiled upscaling. But this takes much longer. SeedVR2 is damn fast. So this seems to be the gold standard for upscaling at the moment.
hot damn brother, the quality on these outputs are insane. bravo.
@Goobles Yes, they are very good now. Glad you like it! Feel free to post some of your pics to the gallery below. 🙂👌
It's a masterpiece of neatness and elegance. Mega thanks - your work is legendary!
@Partisano Hey Partisano! Thanks for the kind words! Really glad you enjoy the results. 🙌
If you feel like it, drop some of your generations in the Workflow Gallery – it brings even more life to the collection and everyone loves seeing them! 💥
fantastic one!!! Can't wait to have the control net to get the poses we love
Hey @dernierexile Thanks for your kind words! Really glad you like it. 🙌
If there’s enough interest from others too, I’d be happy to drop a version with ControlNet based on this workflow. So everyone can get the poses they love! 💥
btw: Z-Image is already doing great in kind of poses. I don't got any problems the last days to get every pose i want. prompt following is awesome.
Unbelievable Quality, This is the future. Won't be using anyone else's workflow as long as this is the best. 100/10.
@kingliam1221824 Hey kingliam! Wow, thanks for the amazing feedback! Happy to hear you’re enjoying it. 💥
If you want, share some of your generations in the Workflow Gallery – it’s always epic to see what others create with v4! 🙌
🚀 Update: v4 released today!
Dropped the brand new v4 this morning!
The workflow now uses SeedVR2 Upscaler instead of Ultimate SD Upscaler – which means much faster processing, cleaner details and epic photorealistic quality straight out of the box. 💥
Huge thanks to everyone already testing and sharing their results. You’re absolute legends! 😎
If you post your generations in the gallery, it helps push the workflow even further and keeps the inspiration flowing. 🔥
More updates coming if the demand is there. Enjoy v4 and have fun creating!
If you wanna see more compact, simple but highly effective workflows like this one let me know! 👌
The biggest problem I'm having with Z-Image right now is with feet: too many toes, not enough toes, deformed toes, etc. If any of you have any tips, I'd appreciate it. It's really annoying when you're creating fetish-art content.
@DrakulValmont666 Yep, Hands and Fingers are not the big problem. 90% success rate. But toes are a big problem. Success rate only about 30-50%. There is no real solution for it at the moment. You can wait until some good working Loras getting released or just generate enough images and sort out the bad ones. Cherry picking like usual...
i get "[Impact Subpack] model file 'bbox/Eyeful_v2-Paired.pt' is not found." can you help me fix this?
@SiggiSmilez Just download the file and place it in models\ultralytics\bbox\ folder. All you need to know you can read in the workflow description! And iam sure you should read it... 😉
Big problem with v4: SAMLoader error
Face and eyes detailer by vladmandic
Work perfect without detailer or upscale any idea?
@huguesbon590 There is no problem with v4! It's working like a charm. As always, the problem is sitting in front of the computer. 😉
Did you read the workflow description? Did you read the other comments here?
Did you updated your ComfyUI and the Custom Nodes to the versions mentioned in the description? Did you placed both detailer files in models\ultralytics\bbox\ ?
@MrSmith2025 python 3.12.10 pytorch 2.9.1+cu128 comfyui 3.75, i have got all your nodes and module *.pt . Et rtx3080. I use gguf qwen to replace diffusion model. What is version of impact Pack, i test 8.28 and 8.25 of manaher comfyui same problem. “Apart from Torch v1.29 and the GGUF, I haven’t changed anything."
Anything message missing nodes, the problem comes at level of node SAM Loader there is eoferror raiseb by torch on log.
Without detailers it works like charm but with this is another problem. Sorry, but I really wish the issue were between the chair and the keyboard, which isn’t the case. I’m fully up to date
Fresh install last comfyui portable 0.4.0 et torch129.1+cu28 its works!
@huguesbon590 Glad you figured it out! Sometimes its good to start from scratch. Have fun with the workflow! :-)
Are there any discussions underway regarding a potential ControlNet w/f offering? :) Your w/f system is truly legendary. It's the best I've ever seen.
@okaeri9874 Thanks. No discussion so far. However, I’m currently not getting any real feedback here. Only the people who have problems because they didn’t read the description are reaching out. Otherwise, there are very few likes compared to the number of downloads. And people aren’t posting their creations in the gallery, which makes it less worthwhile for me in terms of Blue Buzz—the currency I need for some planned LoRAs that I also want to upload here. Because of this, I’m feeling a bit demotivated. PPL just grab and run... It costs a lot of time to build such workflows and test them.
If there’s enough interest from others and likes and gallery posts go up, I’d be happy to drop a version with ControlNet based on this workflow. So everyone can get the poses they love! It's already finished and ready for upload...💥
@MrSmith2025 What do you think about uploading your w/f to a paid website? If you did that, I believe it would significantly help with product upgrades and the release of new versions. I think your w/f is definitely a model that could be monetized. I would also be willing to pay for your excellent and great w/f system. Your w/f is truly legendary :)
@MrSmith2025 Honestly, I'm not sure how to actually help you on this site, though I did give it a like!
@okaeri9874 Yes, I really need to rethink a few things. I'm not unhappy with how well the workflow is being received here, but I'm not entirely satisfied either. I'm a perfectionist, and only the best is good enough for me. Over the past few months, I've tested many workflows from others. Many didn't work at all, and others contained nodes that were completely unnecessary and only slowed down the process. So I spent countless hours and nights optimizing and fixing workflows and making them visually appealing. I learned a lot from that. But now I prefer creating my own workflows and working with them. I enjoy sharing my work and helping others. I've always done that, regardless of the field. But when appreciation is completely lacking in the end, that's when you reach a point where you're demotivated to continue. Monetization is a possible option, but it would only make sense once you've established a reputation.
I have several finished workflows here. All based on the same visual principles as this one. I will upload some of the smaller workflows (which are also really helpful) in the coming days and then see how things go. 🙂
btw: Thanks for adding some of your gens to the gallery. 👍
It seems you like asian girls... 😁
Hey Smith, I already told you in DMs but let me say it again publicly: The v3 workflow was already awesome and delivered great results. But with v4 you really nailed it! Awesome pictures! I’m finally getting close to your level of quality now. Huge thanks!
And before you tell me again to upload something to the gallery: Sweetheart, I’m stuck on 5mbit upload and my images are 35MB each... that takes forever 😂 But I’ll try to throw a few in over the next couple of days.
Like two other guys here have already mentioned, I'd also love to get a ControlNet version of this eye candy workflow. So just drop it whenever you can and make our dreams come true 🙌
It works, looks nice, good to add lora
I added)
@Havemoney What you've added? :D
Very nice workflow! Has so much stuff that users will want, and it seems to work with my 16GB card.
Really, really appreciate your detailed notes. It can be a bit hard to find what you're looking for because they are so lengthy but it's there.
One thing: the Comfyui-frontend is no longer shipped standard with Comfyui and does not seem available through the Manager as a custom node. If those just have notes/links maybe you can replace that "Hints" node with a standard node for notes?
I also notice that Z-Image Turbo generates almost identical images with the same prompt but different seeds. have you thought about adding something optional to help increase variation, like the "SeedVarianceEnhancer" node?
@ron01468 Thank you! The workflow also works with 8GB and 12GB GPU's. It just depends on how you configure it and which models you use.
Yes, the frontend package issue is a real mess. The average user doesn't know how to update it, or even that they should update it at all. That's why I mentioned it in the description. But I've now replaced the small hint node with a text field and updated the files. It doesn't look as elegant and minimalist anymore, but it should help some people get the workflow working right away.
Thanks for your suggestion with the SeedVarianceEnhancer node. However, I think that's the wrong approach for working with models like Z-Image or Qwen. Their strength clearly lies in their extremely precise prompt response. That means if you want variations, you simply change the prompt regarding camera angle and pose, and the model will implement it immediately. And you still get some minor variations. I usually generate between 3 and 10 images per prompt and choose the best one. The variations aren't as extreme as with SDXL, Pony, etc., but that's precisely due to the strength of the model - the prompt implementation.
Nevertheless, I just spent an hour testing the node. It's really not that easy. If the values are too low, everything stays the same, but if they're just slightly too high, you immediately get mutations. That means you might get a third or fourth leg, or an arm might be missing. It's a bit tricky. Let me experiment with it a little longer to determine the optimal values, and then I might include the node in the next version. But I have to make sure that beginners aren't surprised to suddenly get mutated bodies with a model like Z-Image.
Thanks again for your feedback. 👍
@MrSmith2025 What node do I install to resolve the hint node missing issue?
@MontanaSilver All nodes you need are listed in the workflow description. Or click on "custom nodes in workflow" within ComfyUI. 👍🏼
You need to install the custom node:
ComfyUI-Flux-Continuum
@MrSmith2025 Thank you
I opened the workflow prompt and found that it lacks this node: Quality of life Suit:V2. I can't find any relevant introduction. Can you provide more information?
You cant find any "relevant introduction"? Did you read the workflow description? All custom nodes are linked there...😁
And why not just install this custom node via ComfyUI Manager? Just a few clicks.
Instead of installing it you can also just delete the "notes" node. Then you are fine! 😉
@MrSmith2025 I read the relevant introduction, but I didn't see the introduction for this Quality of Life Suit:V2. Maybe I read it not carefully... Finally, I found that I should delete the "notes" node. 😂
@on_on536 Why you need a introduction for a special node? Its always the same. Go to your ComfyUI Manager and click on "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and you are fine. Or click on "Custom Nodes In Workflow". If there is one node that you need to install - do it. Not that complicated to do 2 clicks with your mouse. 😋
@MrSmith2025 Thank you for your patience in responding. As a beginner, I have many silly questions.😂
@on_on536 All fine! You're welcome! 👌
Enjoying this workflow!
An obvious weakness with Z Image Turbo is the NSFW body parts requiring loras and then potentially messing up weights if you already use another lora (like for a character). Since you already use a couple of detailers have you considered using additional detailers (that could be disabled if not needed) for the spicier bits?
Thanks a bunch!
@ptangwai700 Thanks. And yes, Z-Image is currently mainly suitable for SFW content and not really for NSFW. I can recommend "B3tter Nudes" as a LoRa file. That helps to get better nude images. However, it's better to wait until we get NSFW versions of the model. Then character LoRa files will also work reliably.
The workflow here is my basic workflow for Z-Image. I also have an NSFW version with detailers for pussy, nipples, hands, and feet. But I'm still unsure if i should post it here. I'm planning to publish some other workflows here first.
@MrSmith2025 Can you please post it? Sounds perfect with the extra detailers :)
@cleonthethird No not yet, as I already said, I don't know if I'll share this workflow publicly. I'm preparing other workflows for uploading first. Maybe later. :)
@ptangwai700 I've got some good news for you. I've tested the whole night and worked out a nice solution for the NSFW problem without using ZIT LoRa's or Detailers. I've reworked the Pre-Definer and he is able to fix mutated ZIT pussys and ugly big nipples. Will release the v5 within the next days. Then you can try out. Works great for me.
@ptangwai700 Hey buddy, v5 with SDXL NSFW Fix is online now. The SDXL Pre-Definer is fixing most NSFW issues. With the Ultimate Edition they are completely gone. 6 Detailers including Feet, Pussy and Nipples. Give it a try and let me know what you think. It works excellent for me.
@MrSmith2025 Hey thanks for that! I gave v5 a try and it definitely fixes the NSFW issues. I do have one problem though: it subtly but noticeably changes the face if you use a person lora in a way that the previous version did not. Previous version tended to help with clarity and detail. This version actually changes it slightly enough for it to no longer quite look like the same person (things like nose, eye shape/color, mouth, cheeks can look slightly different). It is perfectly fine for generating a new person straight from ZIT though.
So ideally it would have the option to use either the SDXL refiner for everything or else I guess deselect the face from the refiner and instead use the old face detailer. Or to use detailers only for specific body parts and don't use the overall refining.
@ptangwai700 Thanks for your answer. Thats the downside of such NSFW fix. Yes, you are right the previous version did not that. But it was completely based on ZIT. Now we have a different model for the pre-definer and detailers. But i will bring out an update in 2026 for the Ultimate Edition that fixes this "issue". I will add another face detailer after all other detailers that is connected to the main model and character lora to bring back the face.
But you could do that for yourself now. Just use the v5 Pro Version with ZIT Detailers instead of SDXL detailers. I've put in 2 different versions of the Pro version. Then you rewire the Face and Eyes Detailer to the main model. This should fix this problem. That means workflow is generating your raw image with ZIT, will run it through the SDXL Pre-Definer for the NSFW fix and then brings back in the face consistency with ZIT face and eyes detailer -> final upscale -> ready. 🙂
My generated pictures are not saved, have to save everything manually. Any idea why this is like this ? Never had that before, normally everything is saved automatically into output if the workflow have a save file node.
@SheyMo You’re the first one, after more than 1800 downloads, to be surprised that your images aren’t being saved. 😁
No, I have no idea why that would be without any further information.
The images are saved as “Z-Image_00xxx.png.” That means they’re at the very end of your output folder. So scroll down carefully and check. Or maybe you accidentally disconnected the nodes. In that case, you’ll need to reconnect it or reload the untouched workflow.
In the current version, two images are always saved with consecutive numbers: the RAW image from the very beginning and the final upscaled image. 👍
@MrSmith2025 oh my gosh, i am so stupid. I was expecting everything goes into the Z-Image Folder in the Output like the other WF i tested before and never looked to the end of the output folder :D Thanks a lot for the quick answer and thank you for this very good Workflow.
@SheyMo Glad you found them after all. And thanks for the tip. 🙏
Tried a dozen workflows and this is by far the best! Thank you for this excellent work. An SDXL refiner option would be great for NSFW :)
@cleonthethird Thank you! Glad you like it! 🙂
v5 is ready to rip. This version does include an SDXL refiner that is able to fix bad pussys, bad nipples and adds more details. Testing it since 2 days. Will publish it when we reach 1000 downloads for v4... 😉
@MrSmith2025 Wow - Can't wait!! Sounds perfect...
@MrSmith2025 Congrats on over 1.5K downloads! Any news on V5? More excited for V5 than Christmas! :D
@cleonthethird Take a look in the description. After one week of testing v5 iam preparing the release now. Upload tomorrow or on 24th. There will be 4 different versions of v5 available. 🎅
@MrSmith2025 nice!! I missed the updated description, this looks really really good :) thank you for all the hard work!
@cleonthethird v5 is live now. Merry christmas! 🙂
@MrSmith2025 <3 Will let you know how the testing goes! Merry Christmas!
Hello, will there be an image-to-image version?
@philippeadam388 There will come an img2img controlnet version. But no plans so far for a simple img2img wf.
Thank you, I managed to get it working in im2im, your WF is great!
@Pixdr3am Could you share how you were able to get that to work? Thanks!
Amazing! Easy to use, neatly designed. Zero bullshit!
Thank you! Glad you like this workflow. 👌
v5 is live now. You should give it a try. 🙂
First workflow that's worked out of the box for me. Incredible work, thank you!
@Dreaming_Android Thanks! Good to hear that you like it. v4 produces awesome pictures. But v5 is live now. Released some hours ago. You should give it a try. Merry christmas! 🙂
