An issue I have with some openposes is, like Loras, they can change the appearance of a character, making them look older etc. If they are just poses I don't know why this would happen.
Looks like we have same experiences. Maybe you can try to remove head and face from bone structure. This method has limitation, bone structure should have shoulder and hips, or the result will be too creative.

Thanks mate. Your "rest" one I initially modified as there seemed to be the last joint missing from the little finger. SD is so bad at hands I ended up removing the left fingers entirely and let it guess the left hand, so that's why in the image I posted the fingers aren't outstretched. Thanks again for your efforts and sharing with us 👍.
