I've been wanting to make a style like this for a while and I finally did!
NOTE: It works better with some checkpoints more than others, especially when doing people, so you may have to experiment (or just check gallery to see what models I used.)
This lora specializes in dark backgrounds, colorful neon and cool painterly effects.

not much to say here. works well with other style loras, but character loras it mostly just affects the background rather than the character... though I haven't experimented with character loras enough to say with 100% certainty. will test more later and see ;3
