This is my first attempt at a LoRA of a down-aged character. I was trying to strike a balance between having it not look so much like adult Misato but also retaining her likeness. It was fun to make and I learned a lot.
Use between weights 0.4 and 0.8. It also helps to pair this with some Eva style LoRAs like this one.

Going back through your previous loras, I really like the idea of "what if this character was older/younger/genderbent?" and seeing how far you can get with an idea like that (high-school Anya, teen Misato, genderbent Aquamarine, etc.). Definitely wouldn't be opposed to more loras in that vein!
I remembered the fanfic "Altered destinies", where her age chage to half. I thought before to search a specific tag, and simply searched "Young Misato", and appeared this page. I don't like de AI's, but this models looks good.
