She is the Tarsier who sings a Billie Eilish song while doing some contortionism, she looks creepy and maybe a Scene kid (Goth, Emo, Punk Rocker).

Use 3D and CGI to force the movie look, there is a OC based on her, i used some of the concept but i will do a version without the OC later.
