This LoRA does the opposite of Qwen-Image-Edit-smoothify and transforms images in two ways:
Enhances skin details by adding subtle imperfections (pores, textures) and increasing sharpness for a more natural, lifelike look.
transfers semi 3D or smoothed images to realistic and semi realistic
Handles varied image styles: Flat/less detailed (0.2–0.5), defined/3D-smooth (0.5–1.0), realistic detail (0.6–1.2).

I want to love this LoRA so bad, its exactly what I want to do with Qwen, but I cant seem to get it to work. The images always come out very similar to the original. Does anyone have advice workflows or loras that play nice with it?
It does work, see the examples in the gallery. It has been trained on 800 pairs of images over 5 training sessions, and this one was the best of the five. However, Qwen-Image is a large model with 20 million trainable parameters in its 20 billion model. Therefore, some limitations are inherently present that LoRA can't fix.
For the best results, you should perform all edits first and, in the last step, apply the LoRA to the finished image. Try a weight of 0.8 to 1.2. avoid using Euler. The DPM++ 2M SDE Karras works well with it. Lowering the LightX2V to 0.8 and increasing the steps to 10 can also be effective, depending on the situation and the image.
For NSFW images, pair it with META4 (https://civitai.com/models/1896397?modelVersionId=2161297) at a weight of 0.86 when your prompt contains words like penis, vagina, penetration, etc, Can you share a similar image and tell me what you are trying to achieve? I’d like to test it too :) I love stuff that doesn't work.

And keep in mind that Z-Image edit will be released, and judging by how Z-Image Turbo performed, it might solve most of the Qwen-Image problems out of the box.

all it does is add noise to the photo. or am i doing something wrong?
