This lora allows you to turn any character into a balloon. Just be careful, it can fly away pretty easily if you don't tie it down tight.

I have a DeviantArt account and a Discord server (join here). If you have some transformation ideas and some good images, I wouldn't mind creating a Lora for them. But I mostly do it just for fun, so don't expect too much.
