You can adjust the strength to obtain a less or more grotesque effect.
If pictures are coming out too far away from the character, add prompts like "pov" and "closeup", also avoid putting any prompt that describe lower body parts, like legs feets and even breast if necessary.
Prompts like "big mouth" and "throat" may improve details and enlarge the maw shot. You can also add things like "uvula", "saliva", "tongue out", and so on to get the desired effects.
