This time it's Roya from the anime Kiba. Many of you might not know who this character is or in what anime is she from (and no, it's not related to Naruto). The Kiba anime is underrated in my opinion and as you can see, I like making LoRas of unpopular and underrated characters and it's a shame that Roya has extremely few arts of her so I made this so that people could make more art of her while also putting my Blue Buzz to good use (Seriously, why did they made the stupid decision to make Blue Buzz almost useless?).
