@luisa_pinguin If you did it just by chopping out frames out of existing "full fps" videos/animations, I'm afraid that you've done it incorrectly. Doing so messes up the entire pacing and movement of existing actions, while proper stop motion takes these into account when animating. Stop motion doesn't boil down to "less frames", there's a bit more nuance to it that keeps its place as an animation "artform" rather than something you can just do to existing footage.
I recommend watching some stop-motion videos/movies and paying attention to how they look and animate to see a bit of what I mean. They still pull off convincing movement without looking like laggy/chopped up motion.

@luisa_pinguin I work as an animator as well. Which is why I placed emphasis on timing/pacing for why stop motion is the way it is. Willing to chalk this up as Wan being Wan, and you never know what it's picking up when you try to teach it something.
@luisa_pinguin I get the sense that you're taking this personally. I'm not really sure how what you do is relevant, the fact of the matter is that the lora doesn't work. Most people would keep experimenting to find out how to make it work, but obviously you don't have to do that. Just don't expect to see this used widely or given a ton of praise.

It matters because it means as a professional animator she (most likely) knows the basics of stop and go animation and does not need a tutorial for it.
