This model is mainly tuned for clothed individuals with three breasts.
About v2.0:
v2.0 has been trained on an entirely new dataset. This doesn't mean that it's neccesarily better than the previous version. You might still want to use v1.0 in some cases.
However, v2.0 has some clear improvements over v1.0:

@vVPhaetonVv I suppose it's not necessarily with "Syndrome" in the name. It's a condition called accessory breast, polymastia, or supernumerary breasts. Basically when breast tissue forms in any place where you wouldn't normally expect it, such as legs, armpits, lower torso, and, yes, between two breasts.
Granted, the chance for naturally occurring third breasts like in the picture would be very low, and you'd probably sooner see someone get surgery/breast augmentation for a third breast like that, which you can also google to see examples of online
