Use this Embedding in the "Negative Prompt" section of AUTOMATIC1111 as d3f0rm3d.
Trained on a dataset of 2000+ grotesque AI-generated images with common AI flaws (e.g. elongated fingers, distorted pupils, extra limbs), using this Embedding as a Negative Prompt quickly enhances the quality of generated images with little effort.
This Embedding is quite strong, so you should use weighting to reduce its strength, e.g. (d3f0rm3d:0.3). Due to being trained on the base SD 1.5 model, the Embedding should be reasonably effective across most checkpoints.

because i like the effort you made, let me suggest one thing that can help your embedding:
what does your ai replicate? a human, right?
and what is the most unknown thing your ai definitely cannot replicate? an alien!
i am prompting alien-based things since a few days now and get really awesome results. nearly 100% perfect.
to explain it easy:
just put everything you don't want to see after "alien". f.e. "alien-hands", "alien-fingers" and so on.
BUT BE WARNED!!!
"alien" is the most offensive prompt to every checkpoint! your checkpoint WILL generate cruel horror on purpose for the first 10-20 images. after that it will calm down and just follow those prompts. i have tested this method on all my checkpoints in sd and sd xl and had 100% the same result every time. indescribable horror.
i've uploaded an example on your site just to show you what i mean with "alien" and "over-excited". (sadly you have to wait a bit to see it. got this annoying orange sign)
EDIT: and i uploaded a second image with a resolution that normally would generate horror, but unfortunately, i didn't get any horror at all after ten images. just an over-excited standard-kid.
oh, and a question for you:
have you tested your embedding on "over-excited" in positive? if yes, does it generate hands that look like standard-hands?
using "alien", my checkpoints refuse to show up hands when i prompt "over-excited".
also, there is a lora here on civit where you can easily test your enbedding. this lora, if you don't lower the weight, can only generate a standard-hand with really extreme hardcore-prompts:
