For those who like to fine-tune the encounter with Adetailer:
sometimes it’s worth starting with Euler A ~
and letting the hi-res pass unfold with DPM 2M Karras.

To be honest, I don’t know how others handle it, but there’s intention behind what I write~whether it’s appreciated or not is a different question.

Thanks for your comment! That’s actually a core characteristic of an identity model, so it’s very much intentional. Variation is definitely possible through prompting, LoRAs, and similar techniques ~ but without that, the model is designed to stay consistent with its identity.
My focus is mainly on identity-driven models, where preserving deliberately crafted character traits is key ~ including expression and even behavior in how prompts are interpreted. Saying it behaves like a real woman might be going a bit too far, but it’s intentionally built so that a consistent personality and presence are clearly recognizable.

I get results shown more like below than the actually more realistic images shown in the preview, which is a shame. That is to say it's obviously a 'drawn' style, unlike the above that passes for semi-realism.
