. These images are identical aside from the activation of the Darkest Desires LoRA. The first image uses only the base checkpoint, while the second has DarkestDesires connected. No color grading or upscaling was applied to preserve raw output fidelity and accurately demonstrate the LoRA’s influence.
This is my first-ever LoRA release, and it’s been a long road getting here. From dataset curation to prompt-safe scaffolding, every step took serious time, testing, and iteration. Both the “before” and “after” images were generated using identical settings across the board:
• Checkpoint: Same model checkpoint
• Seed: Locked for reproducibility
• Prompt: Unchanged between both outputs
• KSampler Settings: Fully matched (including steps, CFG, sampler type, etc.)
The only variable introduced in the “after” image is the activation of my newly released LoRA: Darkest Desires. No other LoRAs were used in either image.

I really like the effect of these LoRAs; it's a great job.
But a few minor criticisms:
- "No other LoRAs were used in either image." Great idea, but that only applies to the before/after images; the demos use plenty of other LoRAs.
- The LoRA radically changes the composition, and large parts of the prompts can be lost.
- In InvokeAI, it's incorrectly recognized as a Flux LoRA; something seems to have gone wrong with the metadata.
Thank you—this is my first time diving into this, so I welcome any constructive feedback. Regarding the before-and-after images, I’ve only posted two so far that incorporate other LoRAs, which are posted below in the gallery.
There are two main reasons for this: first, to demonstrate how Darkest Desires behaves when blended with other LoRAs; and second, to increase visibility by showcasing its versatility in mixed workflows.
I don't know what is going on with Flux. I have not tested it there. Darkest Desires is an Illustrious/SDXL LoRA. I definitely plan to explore this much further, and I truly appreciate your insights.

The naming of this lora suggests that it will produce esthetically pleasing images with horror/gothic undertones. Without a doubt it will achieve that objective.
However, with suitable prompting and playing with the weights, it definitely will add an interesting perspective to your basic generated image by enhancing feminine features. I love how this lora has the capacity to enhance hair, eyes and general face shape, for example.
Definitely worth a try even if you don't delve into horror/gothic genre that much. Highly recommended!

All of the images that you see to the left of the lora details information at the very top of this page were all done with only the Darkest Desires lora except for two of them. I wanted the example to show how it excels by itself and then the others to show how it works when other LoRAs are introduced. The generation information is all there. and if you use the same settings, scheduler, sampler, seed etc. you will be able to recreate the exact same image. Anything that shows only its only using the Darkest Desires lora use all the same setting and you will generate the same exact image.
Now after I got all of the showcase images maxed out that represents what the LoRA does then I went back to creating as usual and trying other people's lora and stuff like that. Just because I made a lora doesn't mean that I should just use only my LoRA for the rest of my life. I made it to enhance images because I wasn't finding what I was looking for with what was available at the time.
So, if you want to see what the LoRA does by itself then look at the lora showcase, scroll through it and recreate it. Or even just make your own stuff with it by itself. Either way, I am still allowed to use other people's LoRAs and combine them with my own. I mean after all, the showcase was finished months ago!
If you look at some of them, you might see where it says number of comfy nodes used and that is confusing you maybe - it means that I have other fragments of workflows off to the side I am working on building. Fast forward from when I made this Lora - I have 6 different workflows built inside of one workflow on bypass switches and tons of random nodes lying around. Comfy would probably list over 300 nodes.
